Jim Gustad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Jan-Ivar Rekkedal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lars Hammeren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mons Tjelta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Herbert Posadzki made a huge save. In the 11th minute Lars Hammeren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Ivar Rekkedal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Ivar Rekkedal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Hammeren in the 14th minute of play. Benjamin Jonsson made in the 16th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by EMhawks's Jerry Scotta. Runar Myhrvold sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jim Gustad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jim Gustad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Jan-Ivar Rekkedal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan-Ivar Rekkedal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Gustad, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Jim Gustad scored 0-2 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan-Ivar Rekkedal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Herbert Posadzki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Runar Myhrvold in the 32nd minute. Lars Hammeren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Ivar Rekkedal having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Runar Myhrvold got free with Herbert Posadzki in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Jerry Scotta was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 43 minutes had been played. After the first half EMhawks were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

EMhawks made a substitution. Aksel Røyrvik replaced Christian Risnes. The wind increased when Runar Myhrvold made the kick off in the second half. Totti FC's Runar Myhrvold got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 57th minute Mons Tjelta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herbert Posadzki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Jim Gustad ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan-Ivar Rekkedal was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Mons Tjelta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Posadzki having to interfere. Runar Myhrvold took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Herbert Posadzki. Herbert Posadzki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. When EMhawks's Lars Hammeren in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Totti FC's goalie prevented a goal. When Simen Haarr fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Totti FC's protests and gave Simen Haarr a yellow card for diving instead. Simen Haarr hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 82nd match minute, Totti FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simen Haarr to maneuver through the defense. Benjamin Jonsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 95 played minutes Totti FC got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Jonsson. In the 96th minute, Lars Hammeren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EMhawks fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. EMhawks played a much better game than Totti FC and deserved their victory. The Totti FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
