Zoltán Újfalussy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Isak Jacobsson made a huge save. Isak Jacobsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willy Witarya in the 23rd minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Digital Monsterz FC's Leandro Heidemann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jimmy Olsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Digital Monsterz FC's Isak Jacobsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zoltán Újfalussy in the 29th minute of play. The corner led to Linköpings AIK's Johan Johansson getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Zoltán Újfalussy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zoltán Újfalussy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isak Jacobsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Linköpings AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Anıl Özkut came free, but Jimmy Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zoltán Újfalussy to make the kick off. Jimmy Olsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Heidemann in the 50th minute of the match. Zoltán Újfalussy struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Isak Jacobsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Linköpings AIK. 59 minutes into the game, Digital Monsterz FC's Leandro Heidemann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isak Jacobsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoltán Újfalussy, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After having played for 68 minutes, Zoltán Újfalussy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Linköpings AIK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zoltán Újfalussy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Linköpings AIK's Jimmy Olsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christer Nyberg in the 72nd minute of play. Linköpings AIK's Jimmy Olsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Linköpings AIK from getting a goal against them. 80 minutes into the match, Zoltán Újfalussy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isak Jacobsson. Digital Monsterz FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zoltán Újfalussy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Isak Jacobsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zoltán Újfalussy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. André Qvalfeldt kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Digital Monsterz FC's Christer Nyberg got a free kick in the 89th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Linköpings AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Heidemann came free, but Jimmy Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
