The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Benediktas Kučinskas came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the AC Perugia Calcio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benediktas Kučinskas couldn't finish the play. Brede Bonk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Magnus Låsberg in the 15th minute. Ulf Finsberg kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Endrik Fuchs in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brede Bonk saved AC Perugia Calcio from getting behind. Joachim Anselius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Brede Bonk made a huge save. In the 27th minute Endrik Fuchs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brede Bonk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Endrik Fuchs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Brede Bonk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Endrik Fuchs in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brede Bonk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Brede Bonk successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 龙挺卫 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benediktas Kučinskas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led to Vejbystrand's Bernt Nordlund getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. If Lukas Bambas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of AC Perugia Calcio booed when Vejbystrand was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joachim Anselius didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernt Nordlund in the 65th minute of play forced AC Perugia Calcio's goalkeeper Brede Bonk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vejbystrand's 龙挺卫 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Vejbystrand from getting a goal against them. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Brede Bonk showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 98 minutes into the game, when Gustaf Östlund put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in AC Perugia Calcio fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 98th minute. Penalty! Vejbystrand were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of AC Perugia Calcio for a fine match.
