Kevin Keegan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elliott Drewitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Stoke FF's goalkeeper Elliott Drewitz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Skövde AIK's Jerry Williams was substituted for Henrik Lönn. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kevin Keegan got free with Elliott Drewitz in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79th minute, Jerry Williams reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Elliott Drewitz. The goal made the score 1-1. After a rather tough play, Stoke FF's Pontus Granlund got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Håkan Kruse, 83 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal.
