Eric Soned showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernt Kihlberg in the 10th minute of the match. Jim Njurenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Jim Njurenius managed to get in a good position for a shot. Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's supporters rose to their feet, but Jim Njurenius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven-Olof Gummeson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 16th minute, Jim Njurenius reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sven-Olof Gummeson. The goal made the score 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jim Njurenius in the 21st minute of play forced Mantorp's goalkeeper Sven-Olof Gummeson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven-Olof Gummeson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Morgan Möllgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The audience was convinced that Jim Njurenius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sven-Olof Gummeson was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Mantorp's Sven-Olof Gummeson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Mantorp from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Étoile Sportive Du Sahel getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Per-Arne Gunnarsson hit a great ball. Edvard Palmkvist, 42 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. The wind increased when Bernt Kihlberg made the kick off in the second half. When Jim Njurenius came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Étoile Sportive Du Sahel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jim Njurenius couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Ancelotti in the 54th minute of play forced Mantorp's goalkeeper Sven-Olof Gummeson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 55 played minutes Mantorp got a freekick which was hit by Elias Skräddare. 56 minutes into the game, Carlo Ancelotti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Sven-Olof Gummeson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Ancelotti in the 71st minute of play. Mantorp made a substitution. Gustaf Wennerlund replaced Wiktor Östensson. If Jim Njurenius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 92 played minutes Mantorp got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Tworek. In the 93rd minute of the match Jaroslaw Filanowski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sven-Olof Gummeson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Étoile Sportive Du Sahel's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
