The Szimbas Lejonflock fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ni Jun Sha should have stopped the shot. 7 minutes into the game, Szimbas Lejonflock's Per-Olof Vallander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joakim Hökkvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Pavel Ilgov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Ni Jun Sha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krister Thedin in the 16th minute of play forced Szimbas Lejonflock's goalkeeper Ni Jun Sha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute Gustaf Eklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ni Jun Sha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Szimbas Lejonflock's Ni Jun Sha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Eklund in the 21st minute of play. Anabolic Boys's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dani Alves in the 22nd minute. After taking down the ball on Anabolic Boys's corner Dani Alves fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ni Jun Sha quite easily take care of the ball. Joakim Hökkvist made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Alexander Del Piero sent off a good shot on target. 33 minutes into the game, one of Anabolic Boys:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustaf Eklund in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ni Jun Sha saved Szimbas Lejonflock from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustaf Eklund in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ni Jun Sha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anabolic Boys's Joakim Hökkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven Morat in the 42nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Anabolic Boys's Valer Trifu got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sven Morat was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Szimbas Lejonflock's Simon Askelöf made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joakim Hökkvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ni Jun Sha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaf Eklund in the 59th minute of the match. Ermegildo Leguizamón kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Anabolic Boys's Joakim Hökkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Askelöf in the 62nd minute of play. Szimbas Lejonflock's Ni Jun Sha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Szimbas Lejonflock from getting a goal against them. 64 minutes into the match, Gustaf Eklund dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ni Jun Sha, 2-2. Joakim Hökkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Del Piero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joakim Hökkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexander Del Piero, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 74th minute, Ermegildo Leguizamón hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joakim Hökkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Askelöf in the 77th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Simon Askelöf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joakim Hökkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Artmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Ni Jun Sha made a huge save. Benjamin Artmann received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ni Jun Sha came out and tried to block the shot, but Benjamin Artmann slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 83rd minute. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Anabolic Boys's goalkeeper Joakim Hökkvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pavel Ilgov got free with Ni Jun Sha in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
