In the 14th minute Hette Visscher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Syd Cullen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aleksander Rørvik made in the 20th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by a k l p j f c a's Wilhelm Arvidsson. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Coventry Wasps's goalkeeper Syd Cullen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, a k l p j f c a's Mateo Mergildo got control of the ball when Camilo Ferrara tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camilo Ferrara got free with Mateo Mergildo in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Syd Cullen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hette Visscher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Syd Cullen came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by a k l p j f c a's Hette Visscher. But to his dismay, Hette Visscher quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Coventry Wasps's zone, Hette Visscher stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Syd Cullen came out of the goal and Hette Visscher tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Syd Cullen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hette Visscher in the 42nd minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sigmar Gustafson made a kick off. Mateo Mergildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaël Thuilliez, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Gaël Thuilliez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Mateo Mergildo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, a k l p j f c a's Hette Visscher sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Syd Cullen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 56th match minute, a k l p j f c a was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lance Baxter to maneuver through the defense. Hette Visscher could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Syd Cullen made a huge save. Mateo Mergildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaël Thuilliez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind a k l p j f c a's goalkeeper Mateo Mergildo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Syd Cullen made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Marcus Garforth sent off a good shot on target. Coventry Wasps's Syd Cullen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hette Visscher in the 68th minute of play. Coventry Wasps's Mark Booth was substituted for Sigmar Gustafson. Coventry Wasps were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after a k l p j f c a's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aleksander Rørvik took the corner. Coventry Wasps's Syd Cullen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Coventry Wasps from getting a goal against them. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Coventry Wasps's goalkeeper Syd Cullen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 79 minutes into the game, one of Coventry Wasps:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Mateo Mergildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateusz Øager in the 86th minute of the match. a k l p j f c a's 唐光冰 managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Billie Whitman in the 89 minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Gaël Thuilliez put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Mateo Mergildo. Although Coventry Wasps had been in control for most of the match, a k l p j f c a still came away with the win.
