Verne Couzens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Jairo Hurko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 5 minutes into the match, Sigmar Gustafson notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Emaηski F.C Reborη's Jairo Hurko. Jairo Hurko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 11th minute Sigmar Gustafson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Hurko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Emaηski F.C Reborη's goal looked a bit too open when Mateusz Øager came free, but Jairo Hurko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Camilo Ferrara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Hurko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Deng Chang Xu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Syd Cullen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Gaël Thuilliez took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jairo Hurko. Jairo Hurko dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 23 minutes into the match, Gaël Thuilliez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jairo Hurko. Emaηski F.C Reborη's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaël Thuilliez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 30 minutes into the match, Emaηski F.C Reborη's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Ferrara came free, but Jairo Hurko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Coventry Wasps were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Emaηski F.C Reborη's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aleksander Rørvik took the corner. In the 37th minute Mateusz Øager shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Hurko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute, Deng Chang Xu fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A collision led to Emaηski F.C Reborη getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. James Butler hit a great ball. Jairo Hurko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Ferrara, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Jairo Hurko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gaël Thuilliez went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Deng Chang Xu to make the kick off. Syd Cullen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Deng Chang Xu, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After a rather tough play, Emaηski F.C Reborη's Thomas Steffens got a free kick in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaël Thuilliez in the 57th minute of play forced Emaηski F.C Reborη's goalkeeper Jairo Hurko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Mateusz Øager notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Emaηski F.C Reborη's Jairo Hurko. Sigmar Gustafson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jairo Hurko came out and tried to block the shot, but Sigmar Gustafson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-8 in the 78th minute. In the 82nd match minute, Coventry Wasps was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Ferrara to maneuver through the defense. Michael Boy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Syd Cullen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. In the 88th match minute, Emaηski F.C Reborη was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by James Butler to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Boy in the 91st minute of play forced Coventry Wasps's goalkeeper Syd Cullen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camilo Ferrara got free with Jairo Hurko in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Coventry Wasps booed when Emaηski F.C Reborη was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark Pettifer didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over Coventry Wasps could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Emaηski F.C Reborη throughout the match.
