Spectators: 9175 (Terracing: 6883, Seating: 2110, VIP seats: 182) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Şükür Hagi made the kick off which started today's match. Gregory Brent took the ball and in the 2 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Grant Blacknell. Grant Blacknell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by 杨远益 in the 5th minute of play forced Leicester Lions's goalkeeper Grant Blacknell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clive Blacksmith came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Leicester Lions's Bobby Pirés. But to his dismay, Bobby Pirés quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Grant Blacknell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kris Morning in the 10th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Richard Dearden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the match, Gregory Brent notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Leicester Lions's Grant Blacknell. Grant Blacknell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 20th match minute, Chippenham was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Dearden to maneuver through the defense. Grant Blacknell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 杨远益 in the 25th minute of the match. Şükür Hagi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Clive Blacksmith made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Leicester Lions's Tony Cheeseman got a free kick in the 30th minute. Clive Blacksmith made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Du Peng Xi in the 37th minute of play. Clive Blacksmith took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bobby Pirés, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chippenham's Clive Blacksmith played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bobby Pirés in the 41st minute of play. Clive Blacksmith made an important save on a dangerous shot by Şükür Hagi in the 42nd minute. Clive Blacksmith took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bobby Pirés, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 played minutes Chippenham got a freekick which was hit by Richard Dearden. 47 minutes into the match, Leicester Lions's Du Peng Xi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After the first half Chippenham were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gregory Brent to strike the kick off in the second half. Grant Blacknell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregory Brent, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Şükür Hagi in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clive Blacksmith prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 56th minute, Lucas Darling got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Clive Blacksmith took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bobby Pirés, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bobby Pirés received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Clive Blacksmith tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Richard Dearden could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Grant Blacknell made a huge save. After 63 minutes, Will Lemerond mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leicester Lions and the Chippenham players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd minute, Will Lemerond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 65 played minutes Leicester Lions got a freekick which was hit by Will Lemerond. Leicester Lions's Grant Blacknell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Leicester Lions from getting a goal against them. Du Peng Xi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clive Blacksmith having to interfere. In the 74th minute Bobby Pirés shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clive Blacksmith saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grant Blacknell made an important save on a dangerous shot by 杨远益 in the 81st minute. Bobby Pirés took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clive Blacksmith. Clive Blacksmith dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Clive Blacksmith showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Du Peng Xi, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 92 minutes into the game, one of Chippenham:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Chippenham:s Clive Blacksmith showed great skill when he stopped Du Peng Xi:s penalty. The supporters of Leicester Lions booed when Chippenham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. 杨远益 didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute, Du Peng Xi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Despite being the better team, Chippenham failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
