Marek Wielopolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gong Yuan Zheng, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Akranes's Gong Yuan Zheng sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marek Wielopolski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Gong Yuan Zheng's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marek Wielopolski was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Marek Wielopolski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
