Ivan Moutinho might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over André Figueiredo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 18th minute Ivan Moutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Figueiredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Figueiredo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivan Moutinho's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. In the 29th match minute, Minho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yu Ran Zhen to maneuver through the defense. A sloppy throw-in by Rowan Dobson in the 44th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by FC Fura Balizas's Konrad Birkenhagen.
