After a defensive mix-up in ZEZOM TEAM's zone, Cristóvão Rebelo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enzo Morais came out of the goal and Cristóvão Rebelo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Enzo Morais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidel Veronica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the match, SC Serrinho's goalkeeper Gusmão Dias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xavier Sabrosa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermínio Barbosa in the 13th minute of play forced ZEZOM TEAM's goalkeeper Enzo Morais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Zeferino Neves in the 20th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ZEZOM TEAM's Angel Isusko. Gusmão Dias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xavier Sabrosa in the 21st minute of the match. Gusmão Dias made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Xavier Sabrosa sent off a good shot on target. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Serrinho's goalkeeper Gusmão Dias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 27 minutes SC Serrinho's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sentis Ciblis who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Köksal Vecid heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Angel Isusko kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joaquim Teves was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Joaquim Teves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gusmão Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, ZEZOM TEAM's Sentis Ciblis got a free kick in the 55th minute. After some careless play in the ZEZOM TEAM defense, Hermínio Barbosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enzo Morais. The ZEZOM TEAM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enzo Morais should have stopped the shot. Sentis Ciblis hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. If Xavier Sabrosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. SC Serrinho's Gusmão Dias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavier Sabrosa in the 65th minute of play. In the 73rd match minute, ZEZOM TEAM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Köksal Vecid to maneuver through the defense. SC Serrinho's Heitor Póvoas was substituted for Cristóvão Rebelo. SC Serrinho's Alfredo Laureano was substituted for Zarco Severiano. In the 75th match minute, ZEZOM TEAM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Köksal Vecid to maneuver through the defense.
