Januário Rangel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 10 minutes into the match, MEXACOMX's goal looked a bit too open when Gregório Neiva came free, but Januário Rangel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 11 minutes MEXACOMX's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ovidio Argina who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Mira United FC's Nel Ybarbo to fire away a dangerous shot which Januário Rangel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. MEXACOMX were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Mira United FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kjetil-André Grønseth took the corner. The corner led MEXACOMX's Kjetil-André Grønseth to fire away a dangerous shot which Eriberto Bonadona despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Januário Rangel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregório Neiva in the 18th minute of play. Januário Rangel had in the 20thth minute some difficulties stopping Gregório Neiva's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregório Neiva in the 22nd minute of play forced MEXACOMX's goalkeeper Januário Rangel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gregório Neiva blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Januário Rangel having to make a save. In the 32nd minute, Gregório Neiva made a precise shot to the right of Januário Rangel. MEXACOMX's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Cassiano Peralta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Eriberto Bonadona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute Gregório Neiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Januário Rangel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dércio Moreira hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Mira United FC's zone, Ricardo Guerra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eriberto Bonadona came out of the goal and Ricardo Guerra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gregório Neiva in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Januário Rangel saved MEXACOMX from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edelmiro Inge got free with Eriberto Bonadona in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edelmiro Inge stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mira United FC's Dércio Moreira quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Peng Yue, made in the 53rd minute of the game. 54 minutes into the match, Mira United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edelmiro Inge came free, but Eriberto Bonadona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Edelmiro Inge left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MEXACOMX fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. MEXACOMX made a substitution. Maurício Meireles replaced Cassiano Peralta. Eriberto Bonadona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. The supporters of Mira United FC booed when MEXACOMX was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fryderyk Gierlach didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute of the match Ovidio Argina shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Januário Rangel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gregório Neiva in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Januário Rangel saved MEXACOMX from getting behind. Eriberto Bonadona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Guerra in the 93rd minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mira United FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
