Sitthachat Jampeehom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eddie Baptist, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Tony McHarold dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 34 minutes into the match, Port Edinburgh AFC's goalkeeper Tony McHarold had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodney Lindov. In the 36th minute Gavião Kyikatejê were awarded a corner. Gogo Oriol went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Deilmison Davids got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tony McHarold quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tony McHarold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deilmison Davids in the 36th minute of play. Sitthachat Jampeehom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddie Baptist in the 38th minute of the match. Miroslaw Dobilas charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miroslaw Dobilas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Miroslaw Dobilas hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Port Edinburgh AFC's Tony McHarold played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Zuasnabar in the 52nd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Miguel Zuasnabar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tony McHarold was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Miguel Zuasnabar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tony McHarold read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Miguel Zuasnabar struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Tony McHarold didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gavião Kyikatejê. Ross McKinnon made in the 61st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Denis Morar immediately put the ball in play. After 68 minutes of play, Gavião Kyikatejê's Miguel Zuasnabar made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tony McHarold was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eddie Baptist during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th minute, Eddie Baptist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel Zuasnabar kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Douglas Moray took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sitthachat Jampeehom. Gavião Kyikatejê's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Gavião Kyikatejê's Miguel Zuasnabar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tony McHarold narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gavião Kyikatejê's Miguel Zuasnabar got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gavião Kyikatejê's attentive Deilmison Davids managed to snatch the ball when Ross McKinnon made a throw-in in the 90th minute of the game. 91 minutes into the match, Miguel Zuasnabar notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Port Edinburgh AFC's Tony McHarold. Tony McHarold was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tony McHarold didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miguel Zuasnabar went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score.
