In the 26th minute, Graeme Sharp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Christoper Chung made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Graeme Sharp sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Graeme Sharp in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christoper Chung saved Rzepiko Wrocław from getting behind. Rzepiko Wrocław's Christoper Chung proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Rzepiko Wrocław from getting a goal against them. After 38th play minutes Raí Fernandes shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Bruce Cooper and just under the crossbar into goal. Alloa Golden Blades's Bruce Cooper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raí Fernandes in the 41st minute of play. Rzepiko Wrocław were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Alloa Golden Blades's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Timo Villem took the corner. Rzepiko Wrocław's Duncan Lammond was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bruce Cooper in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Raí Fernandes to strike the kick off in the second half. Raí Fernandes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Bruce Cooper when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Adam Frizell hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute of the match Tony McConnell sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christoper Chung skillfully saved the ball. In the 72nd minute Alloa Golden Blades were awarded a corner. Tony McConnell went to the cornerflag to take it. Tony McConnell made a great header on Alloa Golden Blades's corner, it was just that Rzepiko Wrocław's Christoper Chung managed to reach the ball for a save. Tony McConnell shot a long shot in the 72nd minute and a light blocked Christoper Chung hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 3-1. Raí Fernandes in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. After a rather tough play, Rzepiko Wrocław's Raí Fernandes got a free kick in the 91st minute. Christoper Chung showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jamie Federith, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jamie Federith in the 95th minute of play forced Rzepiko Wrocław's goalkeeper Christoper Chung to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
