Spectators: 10824 (Terracing: 8119, Seating: 2489, VIP seats: 216) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Beto Cavalcante got the match started through his kick off. Gildo Simões made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oliver Bierhoff in the 2nd minute. In the 3rd minute Áron Bódog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gildo Simões saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gildo Simões made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oliver Bierhoff in the 7th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Áron Bódog dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gildo Simões, 2-0. Gildo Simões was a little too slow when Oliver Bierhoff got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 3-0. After 15 minutes of play, ADM Taquaras's Oliver Bierhoff made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gildo Simões was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gildo Simões came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by ADM Taquaras's Oliver Bierhoff. But to his dismay, Oliver Bierhoff quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Carrapichel - FDFDF's Gildo Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Oinaz in the 20th minute of play. Carrapichel - FDFDF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Oliver Bierhoff scored to the left of an out of position Gildo Simões, making the score, 6-0. A collision led to Carrapichel - FDFDF getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Gualter Paraibano hit a great ball. Gildo Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Bierhoff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as ADM Taquaras's Áron Bódog slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gildo Simões. That made the score 7-0 after 30 minutes of play. Gildo Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Bierhoff in the 33rd minute of the match. Gildo Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Bierhoff in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Oliver Bierhoff reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gildo Simões. The goal made the score 8-0. Oliver Bierhoff received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gildo Simões came out and tried to block the shot, but Oliver Bierhoff slotted it home off the left post making it 9-0 in the 41st minute. 44 minutes into the game, ADM Taquaras's Oliver Bierhoff nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gildo Simões made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 10-0.

Gildo Simões showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Bierhoff, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Áron Bódog scored 12-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gildo Simões, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Oliver Bierhoff took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gildo Simões. Gildo Simões dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 13-0. In the 68th minute, Oliver Bierhoff ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gildo Simões was frozen by the shot and now it was 14-0. Áron Bódog received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Gildo Simões tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th match minute, Carrapichel - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Carlos de Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oliver Bierhoff in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gildo Simões saved Carrapichel - FDFDF from getting behind. Beto Cavalcante could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Jeremias Moreno made a huge save. In the 81st minute, João Carlos de Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gildo Simões came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by ADM Taquaras's Oliver Bierhoff. But to his dismay, Oliver Bierhoff quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 18-0. In the 91st minute, Áron Bódog ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gildo Simões was frozen by the shot and now it was 19-0. When Oliver Bierhoff came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the ADM Taquaras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliver Bierhoff couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Carrapichel - FDFDF's João Carlos de Azevedo got a free kick in the 95th minute. Gildo Simões didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Áron Bódog went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 20-0 was the resulting score. There was no doubt that ADM Taquaras were the better team. ADM Taquaras's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
