Gracie Barra's Falcão Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alf Elg in the 9th minute of play. Falcão Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alf Elg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute Douglas dos Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Falcão Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Augusto Saldanha made the kick off in the second half. Thiago Silvan scored 1-3 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Corrêa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gracie Barra's Snorri De Hond got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luiz Corrêa came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Gracie Barra's Hugo de Queirós. But to his dismay, Hugo de Queirós quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. The audience was convinced that Douglas dos Santos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Falcão Cunha was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hugo de Queirós in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Corrêa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 90 minutes, Hugo de Queirós made it 3-3 with a short kick to the right side. ROSÁRIO SPORT's Luiz Corrêa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Diego Paranaense kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. After 97 played minutes Gracie Barra got a freekick which was hit by Thiago Silvan. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
