Sasho Arsenov kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 31st minute of the match ROSÁRIO SPORT got a corner. Jurupeba FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Augusto Maranhense got free with Luiz Corrêa in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 40 minutes into the game, Sten Andrejević cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Radowit Ptaszek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Sten Andrejević managed to get in a good position for a shot. ROSÁRIO SPORT's supporters rose to their feet, but Sten Andrejević was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Radowit Ptaszek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Beto Breckenfeld could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Luiz Corrêa made a huge save. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sten Andrejević made a kick off. ROSÁRIO SPORT's Luiz Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beto Breckenfeld in the 54th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Jurupeba FC's zone, Sten Andrejević stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radowit Ptaszek came out of the goal and Sten Andrejević tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luiz Corrêa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Betinho Mandrak in the 62nd minute of play. In the 65th match minute, ROSÁRIO SPORT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Douglas dos Santos to maneuver through the defense. Jurupeba FC's Thorkil Husig was substituted for Kauan Bittencourt.
