An unexpectedly hard shot by Robby Woody in the 5th minute of play forced Maripá-PR's goalkeeper Oséas Bezerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Pablo Lampard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robby Woody sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11thth minute of the game Pablo Lampard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maripá-PR's Oséas Bezerra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Pablo Lampard sped through Maripá-PR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oséas Bezerra. Oséas Bezerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robby Woody, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the game, Robby Woody cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Oséas Bezerra was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Robby Woody sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the game, Pablo Lampard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Oséas Bezerra was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Oséas Bezerra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robby Woody in the 35th minute of play. In the 36thth minute of the game Pablo Lampard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maripá-PR's Oséas Bezerra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pablo Lampard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Oséas Bezerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute Robby Woody shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséas Bezerra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 minutes, Duda do Nascimento mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maripá-PR and the Sport Clube Recife players grew even worse after the yellow card. 41 minutes into the game, one of Maripá-PR:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The Maripá-PR players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sport Clube Recife were winning 0-7.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Robby Woody to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Robby Woody managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sport Clube Recife's supporters rose to their feet, but Robby Woody was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oséas Bezerra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 53rd minute, Sport Clube Recife's Robby Woody ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Oséas Bezerra. Oséas Bezerra yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Pablo Lampard blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oséas Bezerra having to make a save. After 56 minutes, Robby Woody made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. Maripá-PR's Oséas Bezerra tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Maripá-PR's Fernando da Costa got a free kick in the 59th minute. Sport Clube Recife's Robby Woody got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pablo Lampard kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 61stth minute. Though ot was a great shot Maripá-PR's keeper Oséas Bezerra was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After 65th play minutes Robby Woody shot 0-10, a short shot which went by Oséas Bezerra and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 68th minute, Pablo Lampard reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Oséas Bezerra. The goal made the score 0-11. After 71 minutes, Robby Woody made it 0-12 with a short kick to the right side. Maripá-PR's Oséas Bezerra tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Oséas Bezerra came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Sport Clube Recife's Robby Woody. But to his dismay, Robby Woody quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-13. With his leg Oséas Bezerra managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Sport Clube Recife's Pablo Lampard fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 0-14 when Robby Woody sped through Maripá-PR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oséas Bezerra. Pablo Lampard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oséas Bezerra having to interfere. Oséas Bezerra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robby Woody in the 92nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robby Woody in the 94th minute of play forced Maripá-PR's goalkeeper Oséas Bezerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Robby Woody notched a goal, 0-16, to the right of Maripá-PR's Oséas Bezerra. Oséas Bezerra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Maripá-PR fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sport Clube Recife were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
