OSASCO FC's Paulão Alfaks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrão Luz in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Maripá-PR's Fernando da Costa got a free kick in the 26th minute. Paulão Alfaks showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diamantino Branco, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Paulão Alfaks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrão Luz in the 33rd minute of play. Fellipe Botelho struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Oséas Bezerra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for OSASCO FC. Vinícius Gonçalves kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Fellipe Botelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the game, Tiago Gabriel de Souza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. OSASCO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maripá-PR the free kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pedrão Luz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of OSASCO FC booed when Maripá-PR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinícius Gonçalves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atilano Telo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oséas Bezerra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Maripá-PR's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Henrik Devold was slow to take the kick. During this time OSASCO FC's players had a chance to rest. At last the ball reached Noel Pimenta at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Maripá-PR. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in OSASCO FC's zone, Diamantino Branco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulão Alfaks came out of the goal and Diamantino Branco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nestor Prado hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute of the match Henrik Devold shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oséas Bezerra showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 67 minutes into the game, OSASCO FC's Fellipe Botelho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oséas Bezerra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 71 minutes into the match, Maripá-PR's goal looked a bit too open when Fellipe Botelho came free, but Oséas Bezerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, Fellipe Botelho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. In the 85th minute Fellipe Botelho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséas Bezerra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for OSASCO FC.
