The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, CRUZ DEL SUR's goal looked a bit too open when Hernán Torrejón came free, but José Luis Chilavert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, SiTomanBoy´s's goal looked a bit too open when Pan Lin Zhen came free, but Silvano Mercurio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Pan Lin Zhen notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of SiTomanBoy´s's Silvano Mercurio. Silvano Mercurio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, SiTomanBoy´s's Silvano Mercurio got control of the ball when Ronnie Odell tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hernán Torrejón blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without José Luis Chilavert having to make a save. Silvano Mercurio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pan Lin Zhen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in SiTomanBoy´s's zone, Pan Lin Zhen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvano Mercurio came out of the goal and Pan Lin Zhen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the match, CRUZ DEL SUR's goal looked a bit too open when Calvin Bessone came free, but José Luis Chilavert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute of the match SiTomanBoy´s got a corner. CRUZ DEL SUR's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Stelios Tsilikas ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jorge Montt kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind CRUZ DEL SUR's goalkeeper José Luis Chilavert, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. José Luis Chilavert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernán Torrejón, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Hernán Torrejón put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of José Luis Chilavert. A collision led to CRUZ DEL SUR getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Lech Matela hit a great ball. Silvano Mercurio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pan Lin Zhen in the 32nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pan Lin Zhen in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvano Mercurio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Silvano Mercurio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pan Lin Zhen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CRUZ DEL SUR's Artaç Yavuzalp was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Silvano Mercurio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. CRUZ DEL SUR's José Luis Chilavert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernán Torrejón in the 45th minute of play.

Hernán Torrejón took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Luis Chilavert. José Luis Chilavert dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Silvano Mercurio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pan Lin Zhen in the 57th minute of the match. Pan Lin Zhen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvano Mercurio having to interfere. Hernán Torrejón might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over José Luis Chilavert. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hernán Torrejón ran back to his position shaking his head. José Luis Chilavert made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Hernán Torrejón sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hernán Torrejón got free with José Luis Chilavert in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silvano Mercurio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronnie Odell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Silvano Mercurio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronnie Odell in the 77th minute of play. Roland Brand hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. CRUZ DEL SUR made a substitution. Wiliam Peren replaced Abundio Manzano. CRUZ DEL SUR made a substitution. Eustacio Antonucci replaced Pan Lin Zhen. SiTomanBoy´s's Toninho Guerreiro was substituted for Hernán Torrejón. In the 79th minute, Roland Brand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the match, SiTomanBoy´s's goal looked a bit too open when Eustacio Antonucci came free, but Silvano Mercurio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silvano Mercurio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiliam Peren in the 82nd minute of play. José Luis Chilavert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Ignacio Hanssen in the 94th minute of play. In the 96th minute, Francisco Ignacio Hanssen made a precise shot to the right of José Luis Chilavert. CRUZ DEL SUR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SiTomanBoy´s had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
