The Valpo UXX fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waldo Ponce should have stopped the shot. Vinos Garland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Farreras, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Agustin Osoro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 67th match minute, Los Andes Hotspur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marino Urizar to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes in the game, Efraín Jorge fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Waldo Ponce having to interfere. In the 90th match minute, Valpo UXX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Adaro to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Waldo Ponce successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Los Andes Hotspur's Robert Rosseman got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Los Andes Hotspur getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Marino Urizar hit a great ball. When the match was over Los Andes Hotspur could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Valpo UXX throughout the match.
