Tamariz Saul was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 10th minute, Edmundo Cañas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Algarrobo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 12th match minute, Shohoku FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fortunato Caso to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Algarrobo booed when Shohoku FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Marfan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Shohoku FC's Tamariz Saul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Armando Lamb in the 16th minute of play. Juan Ignacio Vera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Tamariz Saul made a huge save. Tamariz Saul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loreto Antoine in the 18th minute of the match. The supporters of Algarrobo booed when Shohoku FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Marfan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Shohoku FC's zone, Dani Alves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tamariz Saul came out of the goal and Dani Alves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 24 minutes of play, Algarrobo's Diego Armando Lamb made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tamariz Saul was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tamariz Saul was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Edmundo Cañas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edmundo Cañas really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. 35 minutes into the match, Juan Ignacio Vera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tamariz Saul. Shohoku FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Ignacio Vera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. The supporters of Algarrobo booed when Shohoku FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Estevan Clavijo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Diego Armando Lamb dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tamariz Saul, 6-0. Tamariz Saul stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Cañas's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. 43 minutes into the match, Pedro Tomás Talamilla notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Shohoku FC's Tamariz Saul. Tamariz Saul was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Shohoku FC's Tamariz Saul proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Shohoku FC from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Diego Armando Lamb to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Diego Armando Lamb notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Shohoku FC's Tamariz Saul. Tamariz Saul was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tamariz Saul came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Algarrobo's Wilfredo Marchetti. But to his dismay, Wilfredo Marchetti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 11-0. Juan Ignacio Vera scored 12-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tamariz Saul, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Estevan Clavijo during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st minute, Diego Armando Lamb made a precise shot to the right of Tamariz Saul. Shohoku FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 13-0. Algarrobo's Juan Ignacio Vera got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tamariz Saul made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Ignacio Vera in the 86th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Pedro Tomás Talamilla notched a goal, 14-0, to the right of Shohoku FC's Tamariz Saul. Tamariz Saul was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Wilfredo Marchetti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tamariz Saul was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. There was no doubt that Algarrobo were the better team. Algarrobo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
