In the 37th minute, Sandu Mândrilă left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Playa Malvín fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Jerico Yepes's late challenge caught a Playa Malvín's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fred Åkerström might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oliverios Palma. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fred Åkerström ran back to his position shaking his head. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Oliverios Palma successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Oliverios Palma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Åkerström, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After some careless play in the Oylimpiamos Ψ defense, Sandu Mândrilă kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oliverios Palma. The Oylimpiamos Ψ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oliverios Palma should have stopped the shot. Playa Malvín's Niva Espellosa was substituted for Fred Åkerström. Playa Malvín were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Oylimpiamos Ψ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sesuldo Roque took the corner. The corner led to Playa Malvín's Gamus Rocha getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Oylimpiamos Ψ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Niva Espellosa scored to the left of an out of position Oliverios Palma, making the score, 0-8. Constantijn De Hond kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Niva Espellosa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Oliverios Palma skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.
