When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Norbert Garland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Émilien Arrington showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lonnie Chassé, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Royce Rodriquez came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Galatic Dragons's Martin Kühne. But to his dismay, Martin Kühne quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After 62 played minutes Marshrose got a freekick which was hit by Jack Ramsey. Alessandro Vierchowod could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Royce Rodriquez made a huge save. Émilien Arrington stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Norbert Garland's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Donny Van De Beeck got free with Royce Rodriquez in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Galatic Dragons's Kaká van Beek was substituted for Alessandro Vierchowod. Blair Mélançon kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Donny Van De Beeck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute, Derrick Osborne made a precise shot to the right of Émilien Arrington. Galatic Dragons's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Royce Rodriquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nelson Hoover, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nelson Hoover might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Royce Rodriquez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nelson Hoover ran back to his position shaking his head.
