Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 100) After having played for 4 minutes, Ahmet Emir Demirci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Las Terrenas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Emir Demirci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Mao CP getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Anthony Matheus hit a great ball. Germán Lemos charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Germán Lemos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eladio Vinicio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balduino Madrid in the 17th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Mao CP's goal looked a bit too open when Balduino Madrid came free, but Eladio Vinicio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Dionisio Cuéllar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mao CP's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Las Terrenas the free kick. After 21 played minutes Mao CP got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Cuéllar. Las Terrenas's Adrián Ponce took a good shot, in the 22nd minute, which hit the crossbar above Eladio Vinicio's head, and flew over the goal. Mao CP's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by Las Terrenas. 24 minutes into the match, Mao CP's goal looked a bit too open when Balduino Madrid came free, but Eladio Vinicio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 24 minutes of play Mao CP's Germán Lemos was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Germán Lemos kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Las Terrenas's Adnan Menderes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eladio Vinicio. That made the score 2-0 after 39 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Mao CP's Eder Villalba got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mao CP's goalkeeper Eladio Vinicio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
The wind increased when Lucio Armas made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Mao CP defense, Balduino Madrid kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eladio Vinicio. The Mao CP fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eladio Vinicio should have stopped the shot. Eladio Vinicio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Balduino Madrid, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Benjamín Balboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 62nd minute Balduino Madrid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eladio Vinicio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Emir Demirci in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eladio Vinicio saved Mao CP from getting behind. When Anthony Matheus came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Mao CP fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anthony Matheus couldn't finish the play. Las Terrenas made a substitution. Bonifacio Yáñez replaced Jeremias Molinos. Eladio Vinicio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balduino Madrid, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eladio Vinicio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adnan Menderes in the 73rd minute of play. The supporters of Las Terrenas booed when Mao CP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Ureña didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mao CP's Eladio Vinicio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adnan Menderes in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of Mao CP booed when Las Terrenas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Aranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eladio Vinicio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adnan Menderes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Balduino Madrid took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eladio Vinicio. Eladio Vinicio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Anthony Matheus hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Eladio Vinicio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balduino Madrid, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Las Terrenas walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
