UASD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casimiro Villanueva to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Palma in the 12th minute of play forced ΠΑΛΟΚ's goalkeeper Roy Naranjo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enzo Valencia to strike the kick off in the second half. Hanley Morrison kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Hanley Morrison kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roy Naranjo. That made the score 0-4 in the 58 minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Casimiro Villanueva could shoot a difficult shot in the 63rd minute, which Roy Naranjo however easily saved by the left post. Willy Iglesias lost his temper 78 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Roy Naranjo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Omar Palma in the 84th minute. 89 minutes into the game, Tiago Schmidt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ΠΑΛΟΚ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético Univ. UASD the free kick. Gonzalo Archibeque could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Roy Naranjo made a huge save. The supporters of Club Atlético Univ. UASD booed when ΠΑΛΟΚ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edwar Pulido didn't get a good kick on the ball. The ΠΑΛΟΚ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Club Atlético Univ. UASD were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
