Isidoro Balboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Zapata in the 11th minute of play. After 13 played minutes Las Terrenas got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Sosa. Isidoro Balboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Stewarts in the 14th minute of play. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Jeremias Stewarts sped through Las Terrenas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Isidoro Balboa. After 17 played minutes Argen-Taino got a freekick which was hit by Ramón Sosa. Isidoro Balboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Zapata in the 19th minute of play. Jeremias Stewarts received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Isidoro Balboa came out and tried to block the shot, but Jeremias Stewarts slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 26th minute. Jeremias Stewarts took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isidoro Balboa. Isidoro Balboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Isidoro Balboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Zapata, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. William Aranda charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed William Aranda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Las Terrenas's William Aranda got a free kick in the 33rd minute. With a little luck, Las Terrenas's Isidoro Balboa got control of the ball when Jeremias Stewarts tried to sneak it across the goal line. Isidoro Balboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Zapata, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Isidoro Balboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeremias Stewarts's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. A collision led to Argen-Taino getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Phil Mills hit a great ball. In the 44th minute Jeremias Stewarts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Balboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 minutes Las Terrenas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Quique Jara who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Quique Jara got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Isidoro Balboa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 51st minute, Jeremias Stewarts got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isidoro Balboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeremias Stewarts's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. The Argen-Taino fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Argen-Taino's Jeremias Stewarts looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Isidoro Balboa came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Argen-Taino's Phil Mills. But to his dismay, Phil Mills quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. A sloppy throw-in by Mario Friedman in the 59th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Argen-Taino's Quique Jara. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeremias Stewarts in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isidoro Balboa saved Las Terrenas from getting behind. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Jeremias Stewarts sped through Las Terrenas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Isidoro Balboa. Argen-Taino's Gonzalo Vinicio was substituted for Graciano Verón. Las Terrenas's Bonifacio Yáñez was substituted for Jeremias Molinos. In the 71st minute, Agustín Zapata ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidoro Balboa was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. 74 minutes into the game, Jeremias Stewarts cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 12-0. Isidoro Balboa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Argen-Taino were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after Las Terrenas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Quique Jara took the corner. The corner led Argen-Taino's Phil Mills to fire away a dangerous shot which Isidoro Balboa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeremias Stewarts in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isidoro Balboa saved Las Terrenas from getting behind. When Argen-Taino's Jeremias Stewarts, in the 80th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Argen-Taino. After 82 minutes, Jeremias Stewarts made it 13-0 with a short kick to the right side. Las Terrenas's Isidoro Balboa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 84th minute, Jeremias Stewarts left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Argen-Taino fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 14-0. Isidoro Balboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Zapata, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After some careless play in the Las Terrenas defense, Jeremias Stewarts kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isidoro Balboa. The Las Terrenas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isidoro Balboa should have stopped the shot. Isidoro Balboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agustín Zapata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
