Jeremias Stewarts took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basilio Monroy. Basilio Monroy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After some careless play in the Los Rios AD defense, Agustín Zapata kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Basilio Monroy. The Los Rios AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Basilio Monroy should have stopped the shot. 20 minutes into the game, Argen-Taino's Jeremias Stewarts nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Basilio Monroy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Basilio Monroy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramón Sosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Argen-Taino booed when Los Rios AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Riveras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Basilio Monroy came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Argen-Taino's Jeremias Stewarts. But to his dismay, Jeremias Stewarts quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 28th minute, Jeremias Stewarts ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Basilio Monroy was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. 32 minutes into the match, Argen-Taino's Agustín Zapata sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Basilio Monroy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 33 minutes, Jeremias Stewarts made it 0-8 with a short kick to the right side. Los Rios AD's Basilio Monroy tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The wind increased when Jeremias Stewarts made the kick off in the second half. Basilio Monroy was a little too slow when Phil Mills got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-12. The crowd rose to their feet as Argen-Taino's Jeremias Stewarts slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Basilio Monroy. That made the score 0-13 after 56 minutes of play. In the 59th minute, Jeremias Stewarts made a precise shot to the right of Basilio Monroy. Los Rios AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-14. Basilio Monroy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Zapata, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Basilio Monroy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agustín Zapata went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-15 was the resulting score. Basilio Monroy didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Argen-Taino's Jeremias Stewarts shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-16 in the ordered_time% minute. Los Rios AD's Basilio Monroy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Los Rios AD from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Los Rios AD's Basilio Monroy got control of the ball when Jeremias Stewarts tried to sneak it across the goal line. Argen-Taino's Manolo Portillo was substituted for Stanley Manzanares. Ernesto Riveras charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernesto Riveras the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ernesto Riveras hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 96 minutes, Basilio Monroy successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
