Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Chaguanas Strikers's Clyde Chambers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Phipps in the 3rd minute of play. 5 minutes into the game, Krishna Bednob was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chaguanas Strikers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C. Liverpool Tobago the free kick. After a rather tough play, Chaguanas Strikers's Krishna Bednob got a free kick in the 5th minute. Clyde Chambers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brian Charles Thompson, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Palaimon Gomatos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Standiford String Band in the 9th minute of the match. Anton Phipps recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Anton Phipps had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute, Anton Phipps left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.C. Liverpool Tobago fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of F.C. Liverpool Tobago booed when Chaguanas Strikers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dennis Leslie didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute Anton Phipps shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clyde Chambers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Natasha Badree could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Palaimon Gomatos made a huge save. Peter Hudson-Phillips blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clyde Chambers having to make a save. In the 33rd minute, Brian Charles Thompson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clyde Chambers was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 36th minute, Anton Phipps hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute of the match, Natasha Badree got a very nice opportunity to score, but Palaimon Gomatos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Brian Charles Thompson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 44 minutes into the match, Brian Charles Thompson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clyde Chambers. Chaguanas Strikers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brian Charles Thompson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anton Phipps made a kick off. Krishna Bednob hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. 51 minutes into the match, Chaguanas Strikers's goalkeeper Clyde Chambers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brian Charles Thompson. Brian Charles Thompson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Clyde Chambers came out and tried to block the shot, but Brian Charles Thompson slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 53rd minute. After a rather tough play, Chaguanas Strikers's André Sinanan got a free kick in the 55th minute. After 57 minutes of play, Chaguanas Strikers's Natasha Badree made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Palaimon Gomatos was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 61st match minute, Chaguanas Strikers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raffique Mannette to maneuver through the defense. Clyde Chambers acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 62nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Edmundo William Hyland. Craig Callendar hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Palaimon Gomatos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raffique Mannette, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 68th match minute, Chaguanas Strikers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudolph Cipriani to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of F.C. Liverpool Tobago booed when Chaguanas Strikers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Sinanan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brian Charles Thompson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Clyde Chambers made a huge save. Clyde Chambers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brian Charles Thompson in the 80th minute. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. Liverpool Tobago's zone, Standiford String Band stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Palaimon Gomatos came out of the goal and Standiford String Band tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Clyde Chambers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Phipps, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute, Brian Charles Thompson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clyde Chambers was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. In the 90th minute, Edgar Mortimer Emrit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brian Charles Thompson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Clyde Chambers made a huge save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. F.C. Liverpool Tobago had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
