Seating: 2482, VIP seats: 215) In the 5th minute, Arnold Scotland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Defence Force's Grégory Sooklal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Defence Force from getting a goal against them. After 17 minutes, Anand Baboolal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Defence Force and the Titan FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Titan FC's Manny Sealy couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 18th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Defence Force. After having played for 21 minutes, Harry Mohammed managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Titan FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harry Mohammed was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wes Corneal came free with the goalkeeper in the 23rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Grégory Sooklal could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Mohammed in the 27th minute of play forced Defence Force's goalkeeper Grégory Sooklal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Sterling Chancellor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Titan FC booed when Defence Force was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tony Vidale didn't get a good kick on the ball. Grégory Sooklal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wes Corneal in the 36th minute of the match. In the 37th match minute, Titan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Mohammed to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Defence Force's Harry Hennessy got a free kick in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sterling Chancellor in the 42nd minute of play forced Defence Force's goalkeeper Grégory Sooklal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Manny Sealy almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Defence Force's Grégory Sooklal did a great save. Sterling Chancellor struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Grégory Sooklal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Titan FC. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arnold Scotland was the one to do the kick off. Wes Corneal scored 1-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Grégory Sooklal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 55 minutes into the game, Wes Corneal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Titan FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Defence Force the free kick. A collision led to Titan FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Wes Corneal hit a great ball. Titan FC's Charles Brown played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnold Scotland in the 57th minute of play. After 68 minutes of play, Titan FC's Bobby Dhansook made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Grégory Sooklal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arnold Scotland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Brown having to interfere. When Manny Sealy fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Titan FC's protests and gave Manny Sealy a yellow card for diving instead. Tony Vidale struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Charles Brown didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Defence Force. Arnold Scotland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute of the match, Tony Vidale tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Charles Brown saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Titan FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Defence Force for much of the match.
