Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 200) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mihail Novac started the match with the kick off. F.C. Liverpool Tobago's Palaimon Gomatos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save F.C. Liverpool Tobago from getting a goal against them. 4 minutes into the match, F.C. Liverpool Tobago's goalkeeper Palaimon Gomatos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaffar Bozok. ΛΞΥΛ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by M. Dedy 李伟峰 in the 5th minute. The corner led ΛΞΥΛ's Gaffar Bozok to fire away a dangerous shot which Palaimon Gomatos despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, ΛΞΥΛ's Gaffar Bozok sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Palaimon Gomatos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. ΛΞΥΛ's Iskandar Seng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Phipps in the 10th minute of play. In the 16th minute Bobby Ramadhin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iskandar Seng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. F.C. Liverpool Tobago's Palaimon Gomatos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save F.C. Liverpool Tobago from getting a goal against them. Iskandar Seng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brian Charles Thompson in the 18th minute of the match. Palaimon Gomatos was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Gaffar Bozok capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gaffar Bozok really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 25th match minute, F.C. Liverpool Tobago was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Trent Gopee-Scoon to maneuver through the defense. ΛΞΥΛ's Mihail Novac managed to work through F.C. Liverpool Tobago's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Mihail Novac dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 郝森适 in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Palaimon Gomatos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Palaimon Gomatos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihail Novac, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. With a little luck, F.C. Liverpool Tobago's Palaimon Gomatos got control of the ball when 郝森适 tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaffar Bozok got free with Palaimon Gomatos in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ΛΞΥΛ's Iskandar Seng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brian Charles Thompson in the 43rd minute of play. The supporters of F.C. Liverpool Tobago booed when ΛΞΥΛ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Don Bonair-Agard didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th match minute, F.C. Liverpool Tobago was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundo William Hyland to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th match minute, ΛΞΥΛ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacek Pyrzyce to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Anton Phipps made the kick off in the second half. Palaimon Gomatos came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by ΛΞΥΛ's Mihail Novac. But to his dismay, Mihail Novac quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 57 played minutes F.C. Liverpool Tobago got a freekick which was hit by Franklin Mitchell-Gift. Palaimon Gomatos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaffar Bozok, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iskandar Seng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Phipps in the 70th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, ΛΞΥΛ's goal looked a bit too open when Anton Phipps came free, but Iskandar Seng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute Mihail Novac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Palaimon Gomatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Palaimon Gomatos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacek Pyrzyce went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of F.C. Liverpool Tobago booed when ΛΞΥΛ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacek Pyrzyce didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute Gaffar Bozok shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Palaimon Gomatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, Mihail Novac ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Palaimon Gomatos was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind ΛΞΥΛ's goalkeeper Iskandar Seng, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ΛΞΥΛ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of F.C. Liverpool Tobago for a fine match.
