The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Internacional Pechofrío's goalkeeper Isaac Olaechea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Fribäck. Isaac Olaechea made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Daniel Fribäck sent off a good shot on target. Gergori Garonaga made in the 16th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Procopio Narbona immediately put the ball in play. In the 18thth minute of the game Arnoldo Montrell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unikurdos United F.C.'s Sesuldo Teijelo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mauro Palomar charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mauro Palomar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd minute, Mauro Palomar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isaac Olaechea acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 23rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ortzi Goxenola. After 25 minutes of play, Unikurdos United F.C.'s Daniel Fribäck made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isaac Olaechea was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tartalo Bazquez hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. If Daniel Fribäck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gergori Garonaga made in the 41st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Fonso Orduña however managed to control. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Fribäck made a kick off. Ilie Siteavu might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sesuldo Teijelo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ilie Siteavu ran back to his position shaking his head. Unikurdos United F.C. made a substitution. Rojelio Carrera replaced Daniel Fribäck. Gergori Garonaga made in the 58th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Procopio Narbona. 60 minutes into the match, Unikurdos United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Fonso Orduña came free, but Sesuldo Teijelo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Malvin Hordoñez kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Isaac Olaechea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hever Zapatero in the 78th minute of the match. After having played for 79 minutes, Maore Torre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Internacional Pechofrío's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maore Torre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Isaac Olaechea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andoni Viso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isaac Olaechea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rojelio Carrera in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th minute Andoni Viso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Olaechea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arnoldo Montrell's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sesuldo Teijelo firmly grabbed it by the left post. 95 minutes into the match, Andoni Viso notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Internacional Pechofrío's Isaac Olaechea. Isaac Olaechea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Unikurdos United F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
