Anton Bârsan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Duarte having to interfere. Paulo Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Bârsan, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in iluminatis FC's zone, Faron Castrejana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gav Benbow came out of the goal and Faron Castrejana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gav Benbow made an important save on a dangerous shot by Urritz Cugurulls in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute Segio Asturi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charro Dieguez in the 66th minute of play forced iluminatis FC's goalkeeper Gav Benbow to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Ya Perdimos F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while iluminatis FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
