Spectators: 9248 (Terracing: 6937, Seating: 2127, VIP seats: 184) Atlético de Caracas's Rolando Alley started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Alley in the 3rd minute of play forced Peracal FC's goalkeeper Nicanor Rosete to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Alley took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicanor Rosete. Nicanor Rosete dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Nicanor Rosete made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Janes Gobbelijns in the 5th minute of play. Maxim Cernei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Nicanor Rosete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicanor Rosete showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Janes Gobbelijns, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Atay Türegün showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldinho Maujo in the 14th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rolando Alley during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 18 played minutes Atlético de Caracas got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Alley. Nicanor Rosete showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Alley, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 29th minute of the match, Ronaldinho Maujo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Atay Türegün saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Peracal FC's Nicanor Rosete played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maxim Cernei in the 31st minute of play. Ronaldinho Maujo struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Atay Türegün didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peracal FC. With an all-out effort, Peracal FC's Atay Türegün threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ronaldinho Maujo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Atay Türegün took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldinho Maujo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maxim Cernei struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Nicanor Rosete didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético de Caracas. When Rolando Alley was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 45 minutes had been played. In the 46th minute, Rolando Alley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Atlético de Caracas's goalkeeper Atay Türegün had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronaldinho Maujo. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Peracal FC's zone, Aires Laguno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicanor Rosete came out of the goal and Aires Laguno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th minute, Ponce Roig fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A collision led to Atlético de Caracas getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Ponce Roig hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldinho Maujo in the 60th minute of play forced Atlético de Caracas's goalkeeper Atay Türegün to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Atlético de Caracas's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldinho Maujo came free, but Atay Türegün reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ronaldinho Maujo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Atay Türegün was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. 70 minutes into the match, Atlético de Caracas's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldinho Maujo came free, but Atay Türegün reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atlético de Caracas's Ponce Roig got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Behe Andrada in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Atay Türegün saved Atlético de Caracas from getting behind. Behe Andrada's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Atay Türegün read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Aires Laguno scored 0-4 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicanor Rosete, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ponce Roig could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Nicanor Rosete made a huge save. 90 minutes into the game, Aires Laguno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Nicanor Rosete was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aires Laguno in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicanor Rosete prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Atlético de Caracas walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
