Larra Ameztoy charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Stefan Babicki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Timeteo Hernani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stefan Babicki was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Beltza Morell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jorge Baldes's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. After 25 played minutes Jotares got a freekick which was hit by Anxo Ciriaca. 26 minutes into the match, Jotares's goalkeeper Stefan Babicki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Timeteo Hernani. Beltza Morell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diaz Grandoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the game, Timeteo Hernani recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stefan Babicki. Timeteo Hernani showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. After a rather tough play, Jotares's Larra Ameztoy got a free kick in the 36th minute. Stefan Babicki was a little too slow when Timeteo Hernani got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 4-0. The supporters of Jotares booed when ATLETICO HUILA F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bilbo Frecha didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enzo Gallardo was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in ATLETICO HUILA F.C's zone, Basilio Urtado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beltza Morell came out of the goal and Basilio Urtado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to ATLETICO HUILA F.C getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Bilbo Frecha hit a great ball. Enzo Gallardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stefan Babicki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Gallardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 79th minute Timeteo Hernani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Babicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Gallardo in the 80th minute of play forced Jotares's goalkeeper Stefan Babicki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Timeteo Hernani managed to get in a good position for a shot. ATLETICO HUILA F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Timeteo Hernani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stefan Babicki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jotares's Stefan Babicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timeteo Hernani in the 84th minute of play. But to his dismay, Enzo Gallardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 95th minute, Enzo Gallardo made a precise shot to the right of Stefan Babicki. Jotares's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. ATLETICO HUILA F.C's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
