Félix Pinho scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mariano Umaña, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 8th minute Juan Iigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Umaña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th match minute, Puerto San José was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Rodriguez to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Andre Fontoria made a precise shot to the right of Mariano Umaña. Puerto San José's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Félix Pinho kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andre Fontoria in the 20th minute of play forced Puerto San José's goalkeeper Mariano Umaña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariano Umaña came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Guatitlan's Reino Lundell. But to his dismay, Reino Lundell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Alejandro Erazo kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Andre Fontoria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Umaña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Umaña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Félix Pinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After 30 minutes, Alejandro Erazo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Puerto San José and the Guatitlan players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 30th match minute, Puerto San José was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejandro Erazo to maneuver through the defense. Juan Iigo took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mariano Umaña. Mariano Umaña dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Mariano Umaña was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Juan Iigo made the kick off in the second half. Armando Rodriguez's late challenge caught a Guatitlan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armando Rodriguez helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th minute Andre Fontoria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Umaña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 61 minutes of play, Guatitlan's Juan Iigo made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mariano Umaña was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 64th minute, Guatitlan's Andre Fontoria dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. In the 68th minute Liviu Mitroi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Umaña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Umaña didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Félix Pinho went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Félix Pinho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mariano Umaña. That made the score 0-10 in the 72 minute of play. After 75 played minutes Guatitlan got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Ventura. 79 minutes into the match, Puerto San José's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Iigo came free, but Mariano Umaña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Puerto San José's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Félix Pinho scored to the left of an out of position Mariano Umaña, making the score, 0-11. In the 86th minute, Allan Fernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guatitlan made a substitution. Carlitos Bianchi replaced Juan Iigo. Guatitlan made a substitution. After a rather tough play, Guatitlan's Allan Fernandez got a free kick in the 88th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Guatitlan's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Rodriguez came free, but Elias Leiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 98th minute, Carlitos Bianchi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guatitlan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-13. The Puerto San José fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Guatitlan were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
