But to his dismay, Yavuz Selim Gulson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Gianluca Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sem Tinø, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sem Tinø might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gianluca Buffon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sem Tinø ran back to his position shaking his head. But to his dismay, Alpay Akbudun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. U21 Turkey had played much better football throughout.
