Seating: 1956, VIP seats: 170) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Andrew Kean made the kick off which started today's match. After some careless play in the Tremont defense, Bernie Butterfield kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bradley Szobczak. The Tremont fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bradley Szobczak should have stopped the shot. Bradley Szobczak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernie Butterfield, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute, Marshal Isaac ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bradley Szobczak was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 17th minute, Bernie Butterfield ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bradley Szobczak was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. When Brett Coburn fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tremont's protests and gave Brett Coburn a yellow card for diving instead. 25 minutes into the match, Clark Yard notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Tremont's Bradley Szobczak. Bradley Szobczak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Grant Bundy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernie Butterfield scored 0-5 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bradley Szobczak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Clark Yard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bradley Szobczak. Tremont's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clark Yard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. When Bulahdelah FC's Clark Yard in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tremont's goalie prevented a goal. After 38 minutes of play, Bulahdelah FC's Marshal Isaac made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bradley Szobczak was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
In the 51st minute, Clark Yard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bradley Szobczak was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. A collision led to Bulahdelah FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jonty Schulze hit a great ball. Grant Bundy's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Bradley Szobczak skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 62nd minute Clark Yard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bradley Szobczak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Bernie Butterfield kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bradley Szobczak. That made the score 0-10 in the 63 minute of play. Brett Coburn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Albert Simpson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute Grant Bundy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bradley Szobczak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Bernie Butterfield dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bradley Szobczak, 0-11. The crowd rose to their feet as Bulahdelah FC's Grant Bundy slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bradley Szobczak. That made the score 0-12 after 74 minutes of play. 77 minutes into the match, Tremont's goal looked a bit too open when Clark Yard came free, but Bradley Szobczak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grant Bundy's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bradley Szobczak firmly grabbed it by the left post. Bradley Szobczak was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Grant Bundy capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Grant Bundy really showed his touch with that goal: 0-13. 87 minutes into the match, Tremont's goalkeeper Bradley Szobczak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Clark Yard. Bradley Szobczak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clark Yard in the 89th minute of the match. Marshal Isaac took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bradley Szobczak. Bradley Szobczak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-14.
