Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Banyena's Cain Gracey started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind OzForce TNT's goalkeeper Jamie Quinane, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Samuel Aylwin hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Jamie Quinane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cain Gracey, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Joseph Jackson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jamie Quinane having to interfere. Jamie Quinane made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joseph Jackson in the 26th minute. Cain Gracey struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Jamie Quinane didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Banyena. Joseph Jackson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Jamie Quinane made a huge save. Jamie Quinane took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cain Gracey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joseph Jackson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cain Gracey in the 41st minute of play forced OzForce TNT's goalkeeper Jamie Quinane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Samuel Aylwin fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored OzForce TNT's protests and gave Samuel Aylwin a yellow card for diving instead. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Berke Bailey stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to OzForce TNT getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Berke Bailey hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the match, OzForce TNT's goal looked a bit too open when Cain Gracey came free, but Jamie Quinane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samuel Aylwin was shown his second yellow card after 65 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Banyena booed when OzForce TNT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berke Bailey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jamie Quinane came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Banyena's Cain Gracey. But to his dismay, Cain Gracey quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Cain Gracey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jamie Quinane having to interfere. Jamie Quinane took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joseph Jackson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Banyena's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
