The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aziz Rajah made a kick off. Firdauz Tan made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when 龚明宁 sent off a good shot on target. Leon Logewnik walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After having played for 58 minutes, Wu Ao Liang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saltaire's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wu Ao Liang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Karim Ghazi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 黄然烽, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Saltaire's Merlin Boon got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Karim Ghazi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 黄然烽's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, 黄然烽 put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Karim Ghazi. Karim Ghazi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 黄然烽 in the 72nd minute of play. If Wu Ao Liang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. In the 98th minute, Gabriel Choo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
