After a defensive mix-up in Giant's zone, Urtzi Hernandez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Black Pink came out of the goal and Urtzi Hernandez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Utte Harahap was the one to do the kick off. Black Pink showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Utte Harahap in the 56th minute of the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hardy Karaeng couldn't finish the play. Black Pink breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mojokerto City's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Giant had won, even though Mojokerto City had held more of the ball.
