Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ali Al Arbash to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Petre Gurgui cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Sten Zander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Heal the World FC booed when Al Wasl Dubai FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ghazi Al Fadhalah didn't get a good kick on the ball. Al Wasl Dubai FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Adnan Khorshed ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Petre Gurgui heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 82 minutes into the match, Adnan Khorshed had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sten Zander. Al Wasl Dubai FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adnan Khorshed was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10. Through an outstanding action, after 85 minutes, Sten Zander successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Sten Zander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petre Gurgui, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Emmerich Schüttler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Sten Zander made a huge save. Sten Zander was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Petre Gurgui showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-11 in the 93 minute of play.
