In the 10thth minute of the game Zigor Barroso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cotinho F.C's Godofredo Cuervas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Godofredo Cuervas came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Cometuétano's Hernán Olmos. But to his dismay, Hernán Olmos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After 18 minutes of play, Cometuétano's Antoni Paris made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Godofredo Cuervas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Antoni Paris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Cometuétano fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Cometuétano's Zigor Barroso looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 26 minutes into the game, Cometuétano's Hernán Olmos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Godofredo Cuervas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. 30 minutes into the match, Cotinho F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Zigor Barroso came free, but Godofredo Cuervas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Antoni Paris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Zigor Barroso, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 36 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Godofredo Cuervas was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Godofredo Cuervas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zigor Barroso in the 41st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zigor Barroso in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Godofredo Cuervas saved Cotinho F.C from getting behind. The Cotinho F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cometuétano were winning 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zigor Barroso was the one to do the kick off. Antoni Paris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute, Yosua Carballido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Rodolfo Rossello put it in 1-6 from a short distance just to the right of Belarmo Sánchez. In the 61st match minute, Cometuétano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antoni Paris to maneuver through the defense. After 62 played minutes Cometuétano got a freekick which was hit by Antoni Paris. Godofredo Cuervas was a little too slow when Antoni Paris got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 1-7. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antoni Paris got free with Godofredo Cuervas in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 70 minutes into the match, Antoni Paris notched a goal, 1-8, to the right of Cotinho F.C's Godofredo Cuervas. Godofredo Cuervas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Antoni Paris managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cometuétano's supporters rose to their feet, but Antoni Paris was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Godofredo Cuervas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zigor Barroso's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Godofredo Cuervas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Zigor Barroso didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-9 via right post in the game's 78th minute. Cometuétano's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zigor Barroso in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Godofredo Cuervas saved Cotinho F.C from getting behind. 87 minutes into the game, Zigor Barroso lined in a short shot 1-11 behind a frustrated Godofredo Cuervas. After 93 minutes, Garikoitz Jauregui mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cotinho F.C and the Cometuétano players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 93rd match minute, Cotinho F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Garikoitz Jauregui to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Cotinho F.C's zone, Hernán Olmos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Godofredo Cuervas came out of the goal and Hernán Olmos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Cotinho F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cometuétano were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
