Spectators: 10872 (Terracing: 8155, Seating: 2500, VIP seats: 217) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jakša Tipurić got the match started through his kick off. Danijel Petrlin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Danijel Petrlin might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Trifon Voutsinas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Danijel Petrlin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Punisher FC's goalkeeper Trifon Voutsinas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 11 minutes of play, Punisher FC's Emilijan Bistrović made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boleslaw Jaktorowo was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Danijel Petrlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Punisher FC's Trifon Voutsinas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danijel Petrlin in the 14th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jakša Tipurić got free with Boleslaw Jaktorowo in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maksimir's Boleslaw Jaktorowo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Maksimir from getting a goal against them. Boleslaw Jaktorowo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet-Sela-Yunus-Emre El Abidine Ben Ali's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Jakša Tipurić's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Boleslaw Jaktorowo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Trifon Voutsinas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danijel Petrlin in the 30th minute of play. After having played for 33 minutes, Jakša Tipurić managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Punisher FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jakša Tipurić was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Trifon Voutsinas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danijel Petrlin in the 39th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Danijel Petrlin in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Trifon Voutsinas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adam Dodaj kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Trifon Voutsinas came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Maksimir's Danijel Petrlin. But to his dismay, Danijel Petrlin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Danijel Petrlin was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Danijel Petrlin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Trifon Voutsinas. Punisher FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Danijel Petrlin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.
