Fattah Budail fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Stoffel having to interfere. 4 minutes into the game, Yannick Bartz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Patrick Stoffel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fattah Budail might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Patrick Stoffel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fattah Budail ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 13th minute Fattah Budail shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Stoffel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patrick Stoffel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fattah Budail in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of FC Lëtzebuerg booed when Gebrüdersdorfer SV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yannick Kremer didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Camillo Moriggi notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Gebrüdersdorfer SV's Patrick Stoffel. Patrick Stoffel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 22nd minute, Fattah Budail ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrick Stoffel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Patrick Stoffel came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Lëtzebuerg's Fattah Budail. But to his dismay, Fattah Budail quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 29th minute, David Simon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the match, Fattah Budail had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrick Stoffel. Gebrüdersdorfer SV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fattah Budail was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. After 33 played minutes, FC Lëtzebuerg's Jupp Göbl shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Patrick Stoffel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Lëtzebuerg reached it. Yannick Kremer was shown his second yellow card after 34 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 34th minute, Yannick Kremer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Gebrüdersdorfer SV defense, Fattah Budail kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Patrick Stoffel. The Gebrüdersdorfer SV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Patrick Stoffel should have stopped the shot. After 39 minutes of play, FC Lëtzebuerg's Fattah Budail made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrick Stoffel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fattah Budail sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 46th minute, Adrian Duldurescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrick Stoffel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-8 lead.

In the 54th minute, FC Lëtzebuerg's Fattah Budail ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Patrick Stoffel. Patrick Stoffel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. 57 minutes into the game, FC Lëtzebuerg's Adrian Duldurescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrick Stoffel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. FC Lëtzebuerg made a substitution. Miguel Sanches replaced Fattah Budail. Miguel Sanches blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Patrick Stoffel having to make a save. Patrick Stoffel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Sanches in the 65th minute of the match. Patrick Stoffel didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC Lëtzebuerg's Adrian Duldurescu shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-11 in the ordered_time% minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Sanches in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Patrick Stoffel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 71st minute of the match FC Lëtzebuerg got a corner. Gebrüdersdorfer SV's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wang Yi Nan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led FC Lëtzebuerg's Wang Yi Nan to fire away a dangerous shot which Patrick Stoffel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 0-12 became the score in the 73rd minute when Adrian Duldurescu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 76 minutes into the game, FC Lëtzebuerg's Miguel Sanches nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrick Stoffel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-13. Miguel Sanches took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Patrick Stoffel. Patrick Stoffel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-14. Miguel Sanches hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Miguel Sanches had several of the Gebrüdersdorfer SV's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 83 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-15 score and a disappointed Patrick Stoffel as he didn't even see the shot coming. A hard shot 88 in the game by Miguel Sanches from a close distance when the talented Patrick Stoffel managed to make a qualified save. Gebrüdersdorfer SV's players were relieved. Patrick Stoffel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adrian Duldurescu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-16 in the 89 minute of play. When FC Lëtzebuerg's Miguel Sanches in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gebrüdersdorfer SV's goalie prevented a goal. When the final whistle sounded FC Lëtzebuerg left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gebrüdersdorfer SV.
