In the 31st minute, Lutz Knubel fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Patrick Stoffel, passed just outside the right post. David Simon hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Gebrüdersdorfer SV's Andre Kirsch got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute, Hugo Thorn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yannick Kremer hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Patrick Stoffel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andre Fabel, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

After 86 minutes of play, Gebrüdersdorfer SV's Hellmuth Otto made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eddy Diederich was left in no man's land by his defense there! Steffen Schubert kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Patrick Stoffel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andre Fabel in the 97th minute of play. LuxTor's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
