Despite this Ali Benhabiles quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 27 minutes La MadeLaine Clube's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ruben Schmit who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Mondorf Forest's corner Martin Friedrich fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ali Benhabiles quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Mondorf Forest booed when La MadeLaine Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sammy Babo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacob Sax in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Steffen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Linus Göbl in the 40th minute of play forced La MadeLaine Clube's goalkeeper Ali Benhabiles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 minutes of play, La MadeLaine Clube's Dagobert Wagener made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martin Steffen was left in no man's land by his defense there!

An unexpectedly hard shot by Timothy Pflüger in the 70th minute of play forced Mondorf Forest's goalkeeper Martin Steffen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, La MadeLaine Clube's Ali Benhabiles got control of the ball when Stefan Horowitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Martin Steffen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddie Kremer in the 73rd minute of the match. After having played for 75 minutes, Vincent Hislop managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mondorf Forest's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vincent Hislop was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 77th match minute, La MadeLaine Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sammy Babo to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the game, Vincent Gessler recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ali Benhabiles. Vincent Gessler showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. After a rather tough play, La MadeLaine Clube's Timothy Pflüger got a free kick in the 94th minute.
