FC Bal op het Dak's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sheep United the free kick. In the 36th match minute, FC Bal op het Dak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joop Meder to maneuver through the defense. FC Bal op het Dak's Maurício Bomba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Bal op het Dak from getting a goal against them. Maurício Bomba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvaro Errando in the 55th minute. Alvaro Errando succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 65th playminute.
