In the 2nd minute Isaac Asimov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trygve Aure saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Odd-Eirik Kronstad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Stenstad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ask Hordvik in the 8th minute of play forced Vebbestad's goalkeeper Odd-Eirik Kronstad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaac Asimov in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Trygve Aure prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Trygve Aure made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Asimov in the 11th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Skjaldbørg's Ask Hordvik got a free kick in the 13th minute. Isaac Asimov scored 1-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Trygve Aure, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Trygve Aure made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Asimov in the 24th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Vebbestad's Trygve Aure threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Isaac Asimov, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 27 minutes into the game, Vebbestad's Isaac Asimov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Trygve Aure made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Skjaldbørg's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Isaac Asimov scored to the left of an out of position Trygve Aure, making the score, 3-1. When Skjaldbørg's Julian Stenstad in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fulvio Del Grosso was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Skjaldbørg's Ask Hordvik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Odd-Eirik Kronstad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Isaac Asimov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vebbestad's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaac Asimov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Trygve Aure breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vebbestad's Isaac Asimov got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vebbestad made a substitution. Cent Husabø replaced Bengt-Arne Chaadaev. After 63 minutes of play, Vebbestad's Isaac Asimov made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Trygve Aure was left in no man's land by his defense there! 66 minutes into the match, Vebbestad's goal looked a bit too open when Ask Hordvik came free, but Odd-Eirik Kronstad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Isaac Asimov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Trygve Aure was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Skjaldbørg's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tor-Egil Sollien was slow to take the kick. During this time Vebbestad's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Tor-Egil Sollien almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Skjaldbørg's Trygve Aure did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Asimov in the 75th minute of play forced Skjaldbørg's goalkeeper Trygve Aure to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaac Asimov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Trygve Aure read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute Vebbestad were awarded a corner. Tor-Egil Sollien went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Isaias Francesco almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Skjaldbørg's Trygve Aure did a great save. In the 81st minute Isaac Asimov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trygve Aure saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute of the match Vebbestad got a corner. Skjaldbørg's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tor-Egil Sollien ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tor-Egil Sollien made a great header on Vebbestad's corner, it was just that Skjaldbørg's Trygve Aure managed to reach the ball for a save. Isaac Asimov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Trygve Aure read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play.
